Design-Build is a project delivery method that is known to save time & money by having many of the moving parts involved in construction projects managed by one team.

In the traditional Design-Bid-Build Project Delivery, clients hire a design firm and a contractor separately, resulting in an adversarial dynamic between the two. The Designer and the Contractor often clash, causing costly delays as subcontractors hired by one can hold up the progress of the other. But fear not, there's a better way!

Rather than placing the onus on the client to manage each contract and subcontract, the Design-Build Project Delivery System provides a unified team to manage your needs.

Signature Design-Build
Our design build team provides the unique opportunity for homeowners to take any new home or renovation project from beginning to end with the luxury of a single point of contact.
Home projects can be confusing, stressful, fraught with difficulty, unknowns, and questions about how to get things done and how much it will cost. Our design-build team eliminates the complexity. We work from your first phone call through project completion without the hassles inherent with multiple points of service.
Design Only
If you are in an exploratory phase, unsure about how best to allocate funds toward home solutions or unclear on what those solutions are, opt for Design Only. We can provide you with a feasibility study to determine what is possible and how much it will cost before you commit to spending money on a project that isn’t viable.
The fact is, most houses are flawed, bought on compromise, providing some, but not all of the features we desire. We endure aesthetic and functional failures which weigh us down. Maybe your needs have changed or a photo has inspired your imagination. You long to recreate your living space or start all over again and don’t know where to begin. Begin here.
Build Only
If you have already secured an architect and/or building plans, contact The O’Dell Group to take your home from paper to reality with the Build Only option. The Build Only option lets you retain an architect under separate contract, if you should need one, and work exclusively with our construction management team to build your project.
The Build Only option is also appropriate for Kitchen and Bath installations fabricated and designed by outside parties, or in any instance where the design component does not apply.
