Comprehensive Design-Build Approach

The O’Dell Group and its in-house interior design team Lawrence Allan, Inc. offer clients a comprehensive design-build experience. Working closely throughout the process, our full-range of services start with the initial client interviews, defining the scope of work and budgeting. Then, we move onto the interior architecture/space planning, interior design and decoration, custom design elements, lighting design and the production of a complete set of design drawings to ensure our clients vision is fully realized. We collaborate with our clients in the specification of finishes, materials, fixtures, furniture and furnishings and lighting, as needed. This integrated approach results in an expertly crafted, one-of-kind home, as unique and expressive as the clients we serve.
